George and Junior is a 1940s animated cartoon series directed by Tex Avery. Their first short was Henpecked Hoboes. The main characters are two animals. George is the small, mean and smart one, and Junior is the big and brainless one. The characters are obvious parodies of George and Lennie from "Of Mice and Men".
- George says, "Bend over, Junior," and kicks Junior a hundred miles away.
- George and Junior are a little different in each episode then the last, so it is not clear if they are bears or another kind of animal.
